About the music.
Agnee's sound brings rock and blues influences together with Carnatic and Hindustani musical traditions. The Pune band's own profile describes those different backgrounds as a shared approach to composing and performing, rather than a single fixed style.
The self-titled album offers a compact introduction, including Sadho Re, Kabira and Sham Tanha. Beyond that record, the band's catalogue includes independent singles as well as music for film and television. Start with Sadho Re, then explore the album to hear the range of its songwriting.
