About the music.
The Yellow Diary is a Mumbai band whose songs draw together pop-rock writing and electronic production. Its approach puts personal experience and poetry close to the centre, with relationships and changing feelings recurring in the music.
Marz provides an introduction to the band's early work. The later Mann EP collects three songs, including Sada and Kaun Mera, with the band discussing their different histories in the accompanying Apple Music interview. These releases offer a way to explore how individual stories become part of a shared band catalogue.
