About the music.
aswekeepsearching describes itself as a modern post-rock band from India. Its catalogue moves between songs with lyrics and more instrumental, ambient work, allowing different releases to approach emotion through different musical forms.
Rooh draws on the band's experiences and growing self-awareness. The later album sleep began with a wish to make restful music and was recorded in a living room in Pune. Heard together, the two albums introduce both the group's songwriting and its interest in simplicity, atmosphere and inward reflection.
